CS Preeti Verma (FCS, LL.B., PGDBA), associated with the profession of Company Secretaries for more than 10 years, is presently practicing as a Company Secretary and is the Managing Partner of M/s. Preeti Verma & Associates, Company Secretaries.
Ms. Preeti Verma specialization is in handling complex assignments of Corporate Laws, Legal cases & recovery cases. He is regularly appearing before various Quasi Judicial Authorities and other regulators. Ms. Verma was unanimously elected as Chairperson of Noida Chapter of NIRC of ICSI for the year 2023. Ms. Verma has elected to Noida Chapter of the Northern India Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the term 2023-2026. She is presently serving the NIRC of ICSI with the same zeal & passion as Immediate Past Chairperson.
She is having teaching experience to CS students and CA Students. She is a visiting faculty in the. Ms. Verma is having rich experience in profession and also she is associated with many social and cultural organizations. She is the regular speaker in various training programmes of students and members at NIRC and other chapters of Northern Region.
